Who is responsible for this content?

PickProof, LLC creates, reviews, and maintains the public pages on pickproof.app. The company is also responsible for the PickProof product whose recordkeeping rules, calculator formulas, receipts, profiles, and leaderboards are described here. We do not use invented expert biographies or anonymous third-party endorsements to make product claims appear more authoritative.

Company identity, legal terms, privacy information, account-deletion information, and support contact are available through the Company and legal links shown throughout the site.

Why do we publish it?

The public content exists to answer practical questions a visitor should resolve before interpreting a record: what a receipt verifies, why odds and units matter, how losses and pushes affect results, how ROI differs from win rate, what CLV can and cannot show, and how privacy affects a public profile. The purpose is product education and transparent recordkeeping, not search traffic detached from what PickProof actually does.

We prioritize topics for which PickProof has implemented behavior, a disclosed formula, or a documented public-data contract. We do not publish mass pages for unrelated sports predictions, promotional offers, or wagering claims.

How is material prepared and checked?

Published explanations are checked against the implemented calculator formulas, the public API contract, eligibility rules, grading behavior, and deterministic tests used by the product. Worked examples are recalculated before publication. Page titles and descriptions are written to identify the actual subject rather than promise an outcome.

Software tools may assist drafting, code generation, consistency checks, or test coverage. PickProof, LLC reviews the final claims against implemented behavior and remains responsible for what is published. Tool assistance is not treated as a substitute for checking formulas, privacy boundaries, or product facts.

Each guide is written for PickProof's specific verification and recordkeeping model. Calculator pages include the formula, a worked example, interpretation, use cases, common mistakes, limitations, and related education. Dynamic receipts and profiles combine eligible live record data with explanations that help a visitor interpret that particular page.

We avoid copying sportsbook descriptions, publishing scraped articles, or generating city, team, or matchup pages that add no original value. A page should help a visitor complete a task or understand a PickProof record even if no advertisement is ever displayed.

Sources and hierarchy

For PickProof product behavior, the implemented source contract and verified production behavior are primary. For mathematical conversions, the displayed formula and reproducible examples are primary. For event outcomes and closing data, PickProof relies on its qualified data pipeline while acknowledging delays and corrections. Legal and privacy statements link to the currently published PickProof policies.

If an external rule or platform policy is discussed, the relevant first-party documentation should be preferred over summaries. We do not conceal an unsupported opinion inside a formula or label it as verified data.

Updates and corrections

Substantive static changes use a source-controlled content update date, so rebuilding identical source does not create a false new modification date. Live record pages can update when eligible grades, scores, or closing captures change. Those operational updates do not rewrite the original confirmed pick.

Visitors can report a correction through Support. We review the page, source contract, and implemented behavior; correct confirmed errors; and update explanatory content when the method changes. We do not promise that every requested interpretation will be adopted.

Independence, advertising, and limitations
